  • Your personality must be enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated with a positive 'can do attitude' and a willingness to adapt to new tasks
  • A passion for Real Estate
  • Excellent computer skills and eye for detail 
  • Database management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Mandarin speaking would be highly regarded
  • Drivers License and reliable car 
  • A Real Estate Certificate of Registration is desirable but not necessary if you are willing to obtain one in the near future through a traineeship. 

This is a challenging position that will require the ability to multitask and respond well to clients. This role is very varied and you will not be tied to the office. 

Your duties will include:

  • Support daily and report
  • Prepare for and assist at inspections and open homes on Saturdays, In return you will get a weekday off. 
  • Follow up with potential buyers and manage appointments
  • Setup what’s app groups with vendors and communicate promptly 
  • Schedule professional photography and property staging for new listings
  • Conduct weekly letterbox drops
  • Maintain and manage buyer database
  • Email enquiries on properties in a timely manner 
  • Pre-settlement inspections
  • Database management
  • General administration and adhoc duties

As you develop and display increasing competence in these areas your responsibilities will evolve.
