Your role

As Roadside Service Operations Intern, you will provide support to the Service Operations Program manager to ensure the Tesla Roadside Network and Mobile Service Program provides exceptional service to Tesla Owners. This will be achieved by building relationships with and maintaining regular communication with the Customer Support, Service Centre and Mobile Service Teams as well as the Third-Party Roadside Partners (Tow Providers).

You will maintain established processes to ensure Roadside and Mobile Service Operations run efficiently to ensure readiness to support customers who require support for a flat tyre or vehicle issue. It is essential to maintain a high level of communication, adaptability, and responsiveness to manage both routine and immediate tasks that occur due to the nature of a rapidly increasing customer base and roadside network. To be a successful candidate for this role you be an energetic, driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide support with administration relating to the Roadside and Mobile Service Programs; ensuring provider documents (rates, contacts, insurance) are up to date, submitting purchase orders and shipping movements, invoicing generation, and support. Training resources and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Initiate and supervise the provider onboarding process, and provide immediate support to overcome any issues or barriers to swift submission and approval.
  • Investigate cases where Tesla Roadside has not achieved the optimal experience for their customers, utilizing customer surveys and internal feedback
  • Daily management of the Roadside and Mobile Service Administration inboxes, triage and reply to requests for support from internal and external stakeholders

About you

What You’ll Bring:

  • 0-1 year’s work experience in a BOH, admin/support role.
  • Experience in building business-to-business relationships
  • Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite and increase their learning in these applications independently if required.
  • General understanding of Accounts.
  • General understanding of Tesla Service and Roadside Assistance Networks.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written)
  • Excellent Telephone manner
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks based on demand despite changes in work scope or focus.
  • Open-minded, collaborative and team-oriented attitude with the ability to think outside the box for solutions to complex challenges.
  • Self-motivation, strong work ethic, and a passion for being hands-on in their work.
