The purpose of this role is to:

• play a pivotal role supporting the Sales, Preconstruction and Construction functions of the business to ensure the success of the Tempo Living Team.
• undertake a supporting role to maintain the software, databases and systems as required to ensure the ongoing success of the business.
• undertake all aspects of the Estimating function of the business.
• provide constructive feedback regarding processes and policies to ensure the efficient operation of the Estimating function.
• strong focus on accuracy and getting it right the first time.
