Currently we facilitate programs in over 160 schools and we’re growing every term.  

Our programs allow children to explore their world in a safe, engaging environment whilst providing a guilt-free, genuine alternative for working families.  

We have industry leading ratios, deliver exceptional experiences, and everything we do is underpinned by our strong philosophy of fun, service excellence and safety. 

We are seeking energetic & passionate individuals to join our OSHC Educator team in our programs based all over Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra on a Casual basis.

As a Casual Educator, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of the children in our programs.
• Supporting and facilitating creative experiences & activities that wholeheartedly engage children.
• Cultivating a welcoming and nurturing environment.
• Playing and having FUN with primary school aged children.
• Preparing nutritious food for the children and maintain a clean environment.
• Building a positive rapport with a wide number of customers, including primary aged children, their parents & guardians, your own teammates, or even the school principal.
• Shifts are generally between 7.00am - 9.00am and 3.00pm - 6.00pm.

About You

• You thrive in a fast paced environment, and you love kids and having fun. In fact you could still be a big kid at heart.
• You have excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and most importantly, a can-do attitude!
• Have a genuine interest in creating incredible experiences for primary-aged children
• You hold a current WWCC (Employee)
• Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA approved qualification (education related fields, community services, sport & recreation, youth work, etc) Please check the ACECQA website for more information if you're unsure.
