They are seeking a Law Graduate to complete an informal two-year graduate program (full-time) in their Industrial and Employee Relations (I/ER) Team.
The primary purpose of this role is to assist the I&ER Team in the delivery of strategic, commercial, and operational I&ER advice and guidance to the business. As a member of the broader People team, you will assist with matters of compliance and interpretation across the suite of industrial relations regulatory platforms.
The role will be based in Sydney.
