Key accountabilities…

Taronga is a unique workplace and you’ll have opportunities to work across many different areas and programs. This includes;

• Accommodation products, including Taronga Wildlife Retreat, Roar and Snore
• Supporting our Keepers with shows, ticketing, directions and guest queries
• Our unique Sky Safari experience (the longest skyline in the southern hemisphere!)
• Zoo Friends Membership Office/ Retail
• Education & Cultural programs including Keeper for a day, Zoo Snooze,

 As a talented Guest Experiences Officer, you will be open to working across all the above teams but will be rostered primarily where your skills best match the program.

About you…

We are looking for candidates that have/ are willing to:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• To be active – you’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
• The availability to work flexible hours across our trading days – 365 days of the year
• Obtain and maintain a current volunteer NSW Working with Children Check at own expense.
• Current drivers license
