You could earn between $29.12 and $37.54 per hour as a base rate. Shift penalties apply.

About us

Award winning, Sylvanvale Limited, a not-for-profit services provider, supports over 750 children and adults with disability. We pride ourselves on assisting individuals, from a range of diverse cultural backgrounds, to live and participate in their community as they choose.

About The Role

Sylvanvale provides services 7 days per week which includes morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts. We offer flexibility to suit your needs. We offer opportunities in day programmes and supported independent living situations.

This role would suit someone who has the tenacity and confidence in working with people with complex support needs and at times behaviours of concern. You will be required to appropriately support customers with opportunities to reach their individual goals through meaningful activities in their home and in their community.

Types of duties may include:

• Support customers with personal care, health issues and hygiene
• Perform household tasks including menu planning, cooking, and cleaning
• Support customers to access and be a part of their local community

Successful applicants will require a full COVID-19 vaccination and booster. An offer will be subject to a police clearance, a pre-employment medical and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
