Position Summary
Responsible for ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing food and beverage supplies. Inputs and coordinates invoices related to incoming stock. Enforces current hotel policies and establishes procedures, and reviews them to ensure they are meeting hotel requirements. Assists Purchasing Manager and assume purchasing responsibilities in absence of the Purchasing manager.
Critical Tasks
Work unsupervised in a multitask environment. Be a strong team player. Attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize workload and have a good work ethic and attitude. Maintain a clean warehouse and workplace, Willingness to accept additional duties as required by the manager.
