About the role

As a Graduate position, this role does not require you to have any previous Sales & Marketing work experience. All training and coaching will be provided to develop you into the role. All that is required is for you to have recently successfully completed a degree in Marketing and possess the desire and commitment to build a successful career within the industry.

Joining the Commercial Team as a Graduate Sales & Marketing Assistant, and reporting to the CEO, you will be involved in the promotion and sales of our clients products, systems and associated products to the architectural and domestic markets. The main target of the role is to create opportunities for existing and new products by optimising existing tools and staff capabilities, plus introducing new sales tools.

Marketing Duties:

  • Managing/ coordinating marketing events
  • Supervise digital marketing content, including SEO and social media
  • Manage Website development
  • Generate case studies: arrange professional photography, interviews with decision makers, etc.
  • Work according to marketing budget with all branches
  • Develop targeted marketing materials for the sales team to use
  • Optimise the work of AIA, Archify and ARC Agency done on clients behalf
  • Manage the Continuous Professional Development Program
  • Analyse marketing effectiveness vs. costs for following years budget
  • Coordinate with head office and suppliers (designers, web, prints, etc)

Business Development:

  • Locate relevant parties to approach
  • Arrange meetings with targeted decision-makers
  • Coordinate these meetings with relevant sales representatives or attend them
  • Develop display and marketing for AIS lunchtime/ Equinox / The Arc Agency nights
  • Develop presentations and marketing material for new products
  • Analyse architectural client base and identify growth opportunities
