The Role

SURTECO is looking for a Storeperson to join our team in Arndell Park. The role will see you work within a supportive team, within a warehouse environment. The role is full-time employment, 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and dispatch stock
  • Pick and pack orders
  • Stock replenishment
  • Complete cycle counts
  • Undertake quality checks
  • Maintaining and housekeeping of the warehouse

The Individual

  • Forklift license required
  • Working at height training required
  • Previous experience operating a forklift and wave picker
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Undertakes duties with a workmanship like manner
  • Knowledge of quality control
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willing to support all members of the team
  • Self-starter and excellent communication skills
  • A team player and can work autonomously

Machine Operators

The Role

SURTECO is looking for Extrusion Operators to join our team in Arndell Park. The role will see you work within a supportive team, operating the extrusion process. Training and development initiatives will be available to provide the opportunity to learn various facets of the extrusion process.

The role is full-time permanent employment, 38 hours per week - Monday to Friday. Weekend work is also available. We are looking to fill the morning and afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure extrusion lines are running to current settings and procedures
  • Packing items at the end of the line
  • Undertake the colour matching process
  • Complete quality checks
  • Responsible for the equipment and area assigned
  • Ensure health and safety standards are adhered too
  • Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvement

The Individual

  • Must have a "can-do" attitude
  • Undertakes duties with a workmanship like a manner
  • Experience as a Plastic Extrusion Operator or Printer will be highly regarded
  • Knowledge of quality control
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support all members of the team
  • Self-starter and excellent communication skills
  • A team player and can work autonomously
