We are an upmarket restaurant specializing in a multi cuisine share plate menu on the Central Coast seeking a 2nd or 3rd year Apprentice Chef or newly qualified Chef to work on a full-time basis with shifts from Tuesday to Saturday.
We prepare everything in house using the best products and ingredients. You will be working with a Chef with experience working in several countries, owned 4 restaurants and worked in the best hotels and establishments in Sydney.
The position is perfect if you want to learn proper techniques of cookery while maintaining a great work life balance with 2 days off (1 on the weekend).
