Our Vacancy
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to manage all invoices for SUEZ Water in accordance with company standards and processes. The successful candidate will perform routine work processing, SAP Sapphire manual entries, clerical functions, and processing basic accounts payable and general accounting duties.

The role is also responsible for providing administrative support for the finance team.

Your primary duties will include:

• Accurately interpret invoices and manually upload them into SAP
• Review and verify invoices and supplier accounts
• Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and issues
• Investigate & respond to accounts payable queries in an informative and friendly manner
• Liaise with supervisors and senior staff on all accounts payable processes
• Provide administrative support for the finance function
• Accurately processing basic and routine functions relating to accounts payable and general accounting duties
• Any other reasonable duties as directed

What you can bring to the team

Essential Requirements

• High IQ and EQ with the ability to learn new skills and systems
• Computer literate with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• An excellent eye for detail

Desirable skills

• Experience with SAP Sapphire is highly regarded but not beneficial
• Sound proficiency with MS Excel
• Completed tertiary studies in Accounting or a relevant field
• Excellent people skills and communication

Remuneration:

• $50K to $60K 
• Plus super Pro Rata for 6 Months Casual
