We are searching for a driven Print Production Assistant Rounder who can work with our small team and focus on tackling multiple projects in a print environment.

This is a casual role with a steady workload of 15-30 hours a week with the ability to grow into further parts of the business. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Duties include trimming down, picking & packing boxes, weeding out stickers from start to finish, dispatching
  • Operating finishing equipment which includes laminating machines, stitching machines, packing boxes, stripping stickers and hole punching.
  • Producing print-ready artwork for all projects including vehicle and building signage, flyers, business cards, booklets, brochures, posters, or flutes and banners and signage.
  • Work with a designer to ensure timely printing of orders.
  • Delivering quality products to meet the expectations of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • An enthusiastic all-rounder with a willingness to take on all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as be a team player.
  • Accuracy, good attention to detail and good communication is essential.
  • Experience in this industry would be useful but willing to train the right candidate.
  • A tertiary qualification in print/graphic design or experience in a print and production position would be useful but not essential.
  • Good organisational skills, meet deadlines and enjoy working with a small committed team.
  • Motivation to be a self-starter and proactive.
  • Hands-on digital print machine operation and print finishing.
  • Demonstrated reliability and honesty.
