Stryker seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Distribution Officer at our Arndell Park facility.

As a Distribution Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient distribution of medical devices, contributing to the enhancement of healthcare throughout Australia.

• Collaborate with the distribution team to execute the shipping and receiving processes efficiently.
• Accurately pick and pack medical device products according to order specifications, including all urgent service requests.
• Ensure the accurate labelling, documentation, and verification of shipments for distribution.
• Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to compliance guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the distribution process.
• Assist with resolving any discrepancies or issues related to orders, inventory, or shipments.
• Comply with all safety regulations and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• No experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is required.
• Positive team player with quick learning abilities and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly grasp basic systems.
