2022 Qualified Educator - TAFE Students preferred null

Essential Criteria:

• A Diploma in Children's Services (OOSHC) or Certificate IV in Children's Services
• Experience working with 5-12years.
• HLTAID004 First Aid
• CHCPRT001 Accredited Child Protection
• VU21658 Asthma Management
• VU21800 Anaphylaxis
• Sound knowledge of and ability to meet National Quality Framework, Regulations and National Quality Standards
• Sound knowledge and ability to implement the outcomes for 'My Time Our Place School Age Framework
• Proven experience in the successful outcome "Meeting" A&R visit.
• Strong time management & organisational skills
• Proficient computer literacy including knowledge of Child Care Management Software (QK)
• Ability to take directions and work as part of a small team
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with the management committee, parents, and school.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Team player who is motivated, displays initiative, enthusiasm, and a professional manner.

Operating Hours:

• Before School Care: 7 am to 9 am
• After School Care: 3 pm to 6 pm
• Vacation Care & School Development Days: 7 am to 6 pm

Conditions of Employment:

• Successful applicants' remuneration will reflect industry standards under the Children's Services Award 2010 being paid 10% above the award. Your qualifications and experience will also be considered.
• Working With Children Check Clearance is mandatory for this position
• Please note being fully vaccinated for Covid-19 is a requirement prior to commencement of employment with SMOOSH, with the exception of a medical contraindication certificate provided.
