Apply for the Women Fellowship and pursue a purpose-driven career.

How will you benefit?

➡️ Land your dream job in a startup

Getting a job in startups can feel like a daunting experience if you've never had one. Where do I go searching for a job? How do I know I have the skills to apply for this job? What is this job (there are some quirky job titles in the startup world)? What do I write on my resume? What off-beat interview questions might they ask me? We'll give you all the resources, confidence and connections to land your dream job. 67% of Women Fellows land a job in the six months following our Fellowship.

➡️ Gain a technical understanding of startups; stage, investment, salary and how to negotiate like a boss

Startup lingo is fun yet complex. Bootstrapping, MVP, Cliff Vesting, Unicorn, Seed-stage, Series A, Series B, equity, carry - it's never-ending. Throughout the Women Fellowship, you'll gain a technical understanding of what all this means and how it impacts you and your career in startups. We'll make sure you go into job interviews with all the knowledge and skills to secure a fair and fulfilling role.

➡️ Leave with confidence in yourself and your career trajectory

Half the battle of pivoting careers is having confidence this is the right choice. It may feel like a risk - but as with everything related to startups, high risk = high reward. We want you to thrive in your career and go to work excited about the possibility of tomorrow. To achieve this, we'll help you hone your values, and non-negotiables and reflect on the incredible woman you are. Because all women are born with an inner belief that they were made for greatness - we must lead our lives with this belief.

➡️ Join ANZ's largest startup community

We’ll surround you with ANZ's top founders, operators and investors and, most importantly, an exceptional group of ambitious women who will raise your ambition and keep you accountable. The innovation, passion and boundless belief in you as a human will inspire you to pursue the purpose-driven career that you deserve. Think regular in-person meetups, social events, and coaching – all designed to help you land your dream job.

➡️ Make lifelong friends who raise your ambition

The beauty of the Women Fellowship is the women (duh). You will forge life-long friendships with women from diverse backgrounds who are striding the same path as you. You'll share stories, deepen connections and grow together. Celebrating wins, supporting hardships and vibing along the way.

What’s included in the Women Fellowship?

🧠 Learning: Weekly masterclasses and workshops to learn from experts and action their advice.

📚 Resource Bank: A comprehensive resource bank built in collaboration with our network and accessible for life.

🤝 Network: You'll be surrounded by leading founders, operators and investors across ANZ.

💚 Mateships: We’ll give you the support, guidance and resources you need, but at the end of the day the most powerful thing will be the lasting relationships you'll build with people on the same journey as you.

🌱 Community for Life: Once you join the Startmate community, you are part of it, forever! You'll gain access to our events, Slack community, and more!
