Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Providing administration support to the Operations Manager, Biomedical, and Sales Teams
• Provide customer support via phone
• Processing of purchase orders from Hospitals and Medical Practices
• Reconciling accounts via Xero accounting software
• Coordinate the social media, digital, and print marketing
• Assist with inbound and outbound warehouse deliveries at peak times

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Exceptional communications skills, customer service, and phone manner
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive approach to your work with a strong sense of urgency

Previous experience is not required, all training will be provided.
