The company is quite focused on the gender ratio. There are quite a few open members of the LGBTIQA+ community within the department and they face no issues with any staff on the teams. There is a room for breast feeding and I believe there is something regarding child care but it doesn't apply to me so I am not entirely sure.

Seems very diverse, many women and POC in leadership positions.

I am a female from an ethnic minority. I do not feel any discrimination and feel more welcomed and included than in my last job. (That might partially be because my team is also unintentionally majority female)

My company is committed to diversity. We have equal number of man and woman in the workplace which are of different ethnic groups. Our team is a multicultural team with people from all across the globe. I was brought into Australia by my company with all relocation expanses taken care off by company.

Our team is very diverse with multiple different cultural backgrounds, genders, and ages. Overall, the company supports the LGBTIQA+ community by putting on multiple events supporting this community and providing some information on this community.

Everyone is treated with respect, and not treated differently

As I mentioned earlier, the culture for female is supportive and we have a great proportion of female engineer, scientist or other roles .

The company is very open about trying to maintain diversity, especially in a male dominated industry, and there is evidence in the office that it is working as i work with several females and people from various backgrounds.

Haven't experienced any real issues with being an ethnic minority. Fairly inclusive.

I think my company is quite diverse. there is quite a lot of diversity in my immediate team with genders and ethnicities. I am not aware of peoples sexuality i don't think i am close enough to them yet for them to be that open with me

Stantec often comments on their commitment to diversity. I haven't really looked into it much - employee based I don't think it's a un-diverse group. Sometimes feels tokenistic to put LGBTIQA+ details in employee surveys bc I don't feel there is anything in particular that is done/needs to be done in the work place as such. other than general tolerance and language issues but this is really just a personnel issue with companies.

Stantec is a very inclusive and diverse company, and they do a great job of promoting this or making their employees feel included.
