We are looking for passionate and experienced RNs within Hospitals ( Medical and Surgical wards as well as Specialty wards), RACF, and Medical Centers in the NSW area to join our casual pool at our newly established nursing staffing agency in Sydney South West. Selection Criteria:

• Demonstrated application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualized person-centered care and patient care.
• Evidence of participation in own professional development commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated sound knowledge of infection control principles and WHS requirements.
• Demonstrated competence, confidence, and accountability in the safe delivery of patient care in the context of a multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA Registration
• 2 years experience in specialty areas in Australia
• 2 contactable clinical references from a line manager
• Up-to-date immunization records, Flu Vax essential, and required to have 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccine.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Rights to work within Australia.
