Support Worker - TAFE Students Preferred null

Your responsibilities: 

• Provide a safe and welcoming environment for clients who live at or are accessing the service.
• Provide a variety of supports to clients, working in cooperation with the Case Management team.
• Contact new and regular clients, providing support, information, referral to internal services and programs.
• Maintain client records and case notes, both electronic and handwritten, in a professional manner.
• Providing client support with a respectful, non-judgmental and inclusive manner, upholding and respecting the rights of clients at all times

You will need: 

• Qualifications and/or experience in Community Services
• Experience in working with and an understanding of the needs of persons from a disadvantaged background.
• A positive, hardworking and highly motivated attitude.
• Experience in facilitating group work and providing individual client support.
• NSW driver licence.
