Your Role

Join the Vinnies retail team in Shellharbour 2529 as a casual Retail Sales Assistant. A great sense of fashion, styling skills, an engaging personality for customer service and the ability to drive sales will help you succeed in this role. Learn different aspects of store operations and grow your retail career with Vinnies.

Your Responsibility

• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures
• Replenish stock on the sales floor
• Use your creative flair in assisting with visual merchandising
• Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines
• Contribute to achieving the store's sales targets.

You Will Need

• Ability to assist in other Vinnies stores in the area if required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets
• Understanding of fashion and trends
