Your new role:

As a Project Coordinator, you will lead the development and piloting of a new program that aims to foster and grow the engagement of high school students in Vinnies program and service delivery.   Reporting to the Member and Youth Experience Manager, the role will involve working autonomously, while consulting with key internal and external stakeholders.  Your people skills, experience in program development and implementation, and understanding of the Catholic high school system, will be vital for successful program development and implementation.

More about the role: 

  • Lead the development of student formation program “Vinnies Service Medallion” in consultation with the Manager, Member and Youth Experience, and internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish a framework for measuring and evaluating program success, and identifying learnings and modifications that may be required
  • Implement a pilot of Vinnies Service Medallion and report on the outcomes of the program, including recommendations to scale up implementation across NSW
  • Collaborate to develop and deliver a marketing and communications plan and resources in preparation of scaling up the program.

Key requirements include:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education or Social Sciences.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including data collection and analysis, and program evaluation
  • Demonstrated experience in large program development and delivery for high school-aged students.
  • Demonstrated ability in digital marketing and communications, and public relations strategies and processes.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Superior digital literacy and technology skills, including web content development
