About the role:

The Administration Officer will work part-time 22.8 hours per week and will assist the Regional Director and the Operations Team in the Armidale region.  Your attention to detail, great collaboration and engagement skills with internal stakeholders and local communities, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Regional Director and the Operations team
  • Collect information, maintain member and volunteer database; analyse data and prepare relevant reports that will assist informed decisions
  • Support the delivery of member programs and other locally based member programs as required
  • Support the completion of compliance requirements for members and volunteers
  • Prepare documentation, correspondence, and support internal communications to members, volunteers and staff across the region.

To be successful in this role:

  • Proven project coordination skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High level of initiative, enthusiasm, drive and energy.
  • Demonstrated experience providing operational and administrative support in teams working
    remotely and across various regions.
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills across a range of mediums.
  • Proven ability to effectively engage with stakeholders from across a diverse workforce, including
    members, volunteers and staff delivering a variety of services.
  • NSW driver licence.
