Your New Role

Reporting to the Regional Director, the Administration Officer will assist the work of the Regional Operations team in the Wagga region.  You will work with a diverse team committed to carrying out the Society's good works within the region. As Administration Officer, you will ensure that the team's administrative support requirements are fulfilled in an effective, accurate and timely manner.   The candidate best fit for this role will have proven high level administrative, collaborative and engagement skills.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of specific projects, initiatives and member programs as directed by the Regional Director
  • Support the delivery of internal communications to members, volunteers and staff across the South Region
  • Assist in the coordination and arrangement of local events and forums as required
  • Undertake tasks relating to onboarding of members and volunteers, such as completing compliance checks etc
  • Collate relevant information on members and volunteers; analyse data and prepare reports as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven project coordination skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated experience providing operational support in teams working remotely and across regions
  • Proven ability to effectively engage with stakeholders from across a diverse workforce
  • Proven customer service experience with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • NSW driver licence.
