About the Roles:

The administration and customer-focused roles will see you be responsible for liaising, coordinating and providing integral administrative support to our client performing a variety of tasks. The role may involve Rapid Allergen Testing and entrance screening for COVID-19 at the various locations which are close to public transport.

There are shifts available across the week either on a casual and flexible basis across 7am – 7pm. You will be working collaboratively together as part of a team and supporting our communities. The roles are available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• General administration to support the Clinical team in conducting PCR Testing
• Facilitating conversations around processes and documentation requirements
• Providing frontline Customer Service – In person and phone based
• Welcoming and screening staff members, visitors, patients and any others into the entrants to the facilities prior to their entry
• Asking screening questions to visitors prior to entry, and escalate any issues to the local contact for resolution
• Comply with Health and Safety guidelines

You will need to be able to demonstrate:

• Preferred 12 months administrative and/or customer service experience
• Attention to detail and accurate writing/data entry skills
• Possess the confidence to educate and guide community members where required
• Caring and compassionate nature
• Be confident using technology
• Evidence of COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
• Full unrestricted Driver’s License (desirable)
• An interest in working in Healthcare is advantageous
