The Recruitment Process:

1. Application:

  • Applications will be submitted online. Got to "Job & Opportunities" tab and click the "Apply Now" button
  • Applicants include resume, cover letter, ACECQA approved Childcare Qualifications, Working With Childrens Check, Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates and ID/Working rights

2. Initial Screening:

  • St George Montessori reviews applications, shortlisting based on role fit and alignment.
  • Applicants receive a phone call to talk about current and future opportunities at St George Montessori and what they value in a role and employer

3. Interview:

  • Selected candidates have an interview with centre management.
  • Behavioral, role-specific, and situational questions included as part of the interview
  • Applicants have the opportunity to get a look and feel of the centre, role and team

Selection Criteria:

To work in Early Childhood profession in NSW educators are required to have:

  • ACECQA approved Childcare Qualifications
  • Current WWCC
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
