EPIK & FORGE DISABILITY SERVICES
IMMEDIATE START - Casual Disability Support Workers
EPIK and Forge Disability Services are part of St Anthony’s Family Care, a not-for-profit organisation based in Croydon 2132 that has supported the local community for over 70 years. Our mission is to work with children and young people up to 25 years of age and we operate a range of services to meet the needs of this group.
St Anthony’s family care has recently completed a major site redevelopment where we have opened three new houses, an activity centre, and an admin building. As a result, we’re looking to expand our team.
EPIK provides a range of tailored services including group programs (after school/ weekend/school holidays), overnight accommodation as well as individualised support options (community access and in home care). Forge is our newly launched service for participants aged 18-25 years old offering day program (Monday – Friday), weekday group programs, accommodation, and individual support.
EPIK and Forge services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Currently, we are seeking individuals who are available during our peak periods. Availability to work these hours will be prioritised:
