We conduct interviews in person at our Cromer Factory. Each interview is roughly 30min.
The interview will consist of questions relating to past experience, education, willingness to learn and work ethic.
As we're a cohesive team, questions on your interests and how you might fit with our team will be asked also.
Applicants will have an interest in further learning, print production, high levels of customer service and a strong work ethic.
Remuneration is based on experience but is roughly between $60k and $79k per annum
