Someone who:
- has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- had a genuine interest, and is looking for a long term career in landscaping
- is physically fit
- is well-presented, polite and courteous
- is willing to learn and develop their own skills
- is willing to complete the TAFE trade course
- their own vehicle and licence preferred.
