We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Knowledge Management Coordinator to join our busy Knowledge Management team in our Sydney office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the KM team and our legal Knowledge Champions across the firm, to progress requests and projects
  • Assisting the team to create and maintain precedents in iManage and our case management system
  • Providing assistance on numerous projects involving advanced document automation
  • Creating and updating web content using our content management system and tools
  • Maintaining technical documentation and providing training as needed
  • Various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the team

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Advanced skills in MS Office
  • Experience with precedent documents and their creation and maintenance
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A service orientated approach
  • Previous experience working in a law firm / professional services would be highly regarded but is not essential.
