You will be providing level 1 support to diagnose, resolve and/or escalate technical issues within broadcast operations, and assist with master control tasks as required.

This is a diverse and hands-on role, we are looking for candidates who possess exceptional problem-solving skills, persistence, and an eagerness to help others.

As a Network Operations Coordinator, it will be your job to ensure all remote based technology systems and equipment are functioning at their optimum level, across Australia.

You will be providing level 1 support to diagnose, resolve and/or escalate technical issues within broadcast operations, and assist with master control tasks as required. You will be capable of managing your time efficiently and can confidently juggle competing priorities. This is diverse and hands-on role, we are looking for candidates who possess exceptional problem-solving skills, persistence, and an eagerness to help others.

To be successful, we are looking for candidates who have:

  • A relevant qualification within Audio Engineering, Information Technology, or similar
  • Experience working within studio or broadcast operations and/or within a contemporary IT infrastructure (highly desirable)
  • A customer-centric approach, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and the ability to remain level-headed within time sensitive projects
  • Willingness to learn new skills and processes
  • Own reliable transport and availability to work on a 24/7 roster
