You will be providing level 1 support to diagnose, resolve and/or escalate technical issues within broadcast operations, and assist with master control tasks as required.

As a Network Operations Coordinator, it will be your job to ensure all remote based technology systems and equipment are functioning at their optimum level, across Australia.
You will be providing level 1 support to diagnose, resolve and/or escalate technical issues within broadcast operations, and assist with master control tasks as required. You will be capable of managing your time efficiently and can confidently juggle competing priorities.
