• A tertiary qualified and experienced Human Resources Business Manager/Partner, Business Manager, Organisational Psychologist or highly experienced HR Business Partner who is ready to step up and join Liverpool Hospitals' highly skilled and collaborative HR Business Partner team.
• An individual who will be known as a ‘forward-facing’ people resource, consultant and coach, committed to supporting managers, becoming an employee champion, a management mentor and an agent for organisational change and development.
• Someone who has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal with a demonstrable high EQ, intellectual curiosity, and an ability to form strong and relatable relationships
• The person we hire will have effective problem-solving, negotiating and instructional technique skills, and a practised ability to provide training, reporting and advice to diverse audiences with information that is clear, factual, convincing and unambiguous.

• The Senior Human Resources Business Partner works with key designated portfolios to ensure alignment between business operations, HR practices and objectives. The Senior HRBP understands, supports and drives strategic and operational people management priorities by incorporating sound HR experience, data-driven solutions and strong organisational agility to guide decision-making and key objectives to business groups and staff.
