The Recruitment team are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and driven Recruitment Specialists to join them in the newly implemented Business Partner Model at South Western Sydney Local Health District.

This role allows you to step outside of the usual recruitment space and truly bring your personality and flare to the role. You will be known internally as a Recruitment Business Partner and have the opportunity to network with high-level managers as well as a range of other healthcare stakeholders. You will be an outgoing person who has unmatched communication skills and can easily adapt your style to your audience.

We are looking for someone who can engage hiring managers within your portfolio and be the main point of contact for all recruitment enquiries. You will have the opportunity to build strong working relationships with managers and senior executives and can advise and educate them on recruitment policies and practices to ensure they have a great recruiting experience and see positive outcomes.

With previous experience in a recruitment role, you can challenge the norm and work with a highly skilled team of 12 business partners to share ideas, try new approaches and source the perfect candidates for the role. There is a large team of recruitment support officers who are there to assist you with the processing aspect of recruitment and provide you with continuous support in the role. The team is focused on upskilling and professional development with Team Leaders and Managers always looking to find ways to progress your career.
