  • Are you looking for a recruitment role that is a little bit different?
  • Are you looking for a role that has stability?
  • Wanting to grow and develop your career in a large, government agency?

This is not your typical recruitment role. The Recruitment Advisor (known internally as the Recruitment Business Partner) is tasked with managing an engaging portfolio of hiring managers. You are the main point of contact for recruitment at your particular facility and have the opportunity to build strong working relationships with senior managers and executives within these facilities. You will bring your previous recruitment experience and new ideas to the team and provide these managers with recruitment advice and educate them on policies and practices which can enhance their recruitment outcomes.

In this role you will have the opportunity to grow and develop in the Health space and your career progression opportunities are endless. The role involves networking with high level managers as well as a range of other healthcare stakeholders. Your communication skills will shine with your outgoing personality and you will be comfortable ‘Managing the Managers’.

As a natural problem solver, we are looking for you to bring your own flare to the role and work with the team of 12 vibrant Business Partners to face challenges, share ideas and find the perfect candidates. You will be supported by a large team of recruitment support officers who will work with you to manage the processing side of the role.  You will also have continuous support from dedicated team leaders and recruitment managers who are always available to provide advice.

If you are ready to be creative, autonomous and build your skills in recruiting, managing and communication, click APPLY NOW or call Shae-Lee Omaye 0475 968 500 on for a confidential discussion about what you can bring to our team!
