Campbelltown Hospital is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to complement and enhance the current District Finance Team.

What you'll be doing 

The Management Accountant (MA) brings key financial and commercial insights to the decision-making process. They provide accurate, timely and meaningful financial information and analysis for departmental managers and the hospital executive in consultation with the Director of Finance and the Local Health District Finance Department.

How to Apply

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Current membership of a professional accounting body with a commitment to ongoing professional development and a proven record of achievement and experience in corporate or relevant service management in a complex public health setting.
  2. Demonstrated highly developed and effective experience in management accounting within a large, complex organisation, using computerised financial accounting, budgeting and management reporting systems
  3. High-level skills in Oracle R12, Hyperion (SMRS) MIS and MS Office
  4. Demonstrated highly developed experience in the development, analysis, monitoring and reporting of financial budgets, forecasts and business plans
  5. Demonstrated high-level analytical skills using financial, statistical, human resources and managing data systems to pro-actively improve business performance
  6. Demonstrated high-level communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent organisational, analytical and conceptual skills
  7. Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders to implement quality improvement and efficiency improvement projects
  8. Demonstrated ability to prepare complex written documents including briefs, letters, reports, referral notes
