We are looking for someone who is adaptable, driven and can provide accurate administration assistance. Focus is key in this role, as you will be working in a dynamic role with many competing priorities and opportunities.

What you'll be doing

Providing efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to the Manager, HR Support Services and the HR Support Services Teams.

The position requires a highly organised and self-motivated individual, who is capable of managing a diverse range of administrative duties, including effective diary maintenance, efficient and accurate typing of correspondence and data entry, preparation of minutes and development of detailed reporting tools and will support the administration of electronic systems used by HR Support Services.

How to Apply

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the provision of efficient administrative procedures, secretarial and clerical support.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and use initiative, judgement and discretion in a flexible and creative manner.
  • Demonstrated well developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to compose quality correspondence, documents and reports in a professional and timely manner.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of customer service for a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, prioritise, negotiate and organise own work, taking into account the impact on others to achieve results and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively and effectively with team members.
  • Demonstrated capability to use a wide range of computer hardware, software and electronic systems to complete work activities, including Microsoft and HRIS applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and to be flexible and adaptable to change in a fast paced environment that services and supports a varied client base.

The Public Health (COVID-19 Vaccination of Health Care Workers) Order 2021 commenced on 26 August 2021.
