About The Opportunity

We are excited to be recruiting an experienced Administration Officer to support the Towards Zero Suicides (TZS) service, as well as the Community Mental Health Workforce.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Has experience working in a busy office environment supporting a variety of professionals
  • Can be flexible to travel between Liverpool and Campbelltown sites
  • Has exceptional attention to detail and enjoys data entry
  • Has previous experience working with health-related systems such as Stafflink and Healthroster (ideal but not essential)
  • Has experience taking meeting minutes and actions (ideal but not essential)
  • Is resourceful – this position supports 2 teams and requires you to multi-task
  • We are looking for someone to work full-time hours; for the right candidate, these hours could be negotiated to allow for a later start/later finish, or work across weekends as well as weekdays.
