The Deputy Director of Finance at SWSLHD is seeking a resourceful, proactive and professional Administration Assistant to join their fast-paced, highly skilled team.
You will have previous experience as an administration assistant (or similar) and be efficient in problem-solving within a high functioning team. You will be able to make arrangements for meetings, appointments and travel as well as having an effective phone manner to ensure the management of office correspondence. You will be resourceful in your role and be willing to take on ad hoc projects involving planning and team organisation. Your customer service skills will be at the forefront of this role and you will have a positive and upbeat personality which will allow you to connect with all stakeholders in the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Director of Finance and District Finance Team. You will collate data and prepare documentation in line with organisational requirements, screen, review and prioritise incoming telephone calls, emails, reports and files to ensure the management of correspondence reflects the service priorities and support information flow and inform decision making. You will be required to use highly developed problem-solving skills to prioritise a high-volume workload and coordinate multiple work tasks concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met with minimal supervision.
