What we are looking for:

• To greet all guests as they arrive and depart the Hotel.
• To use the Guest's name at all times (once known).
• Carry guest luggage as required.
• Escort guests to rooms.
• Park and retrieve guests' cars with care.
• Explain room and hotel facilities to guests and answer any questions.
• Deliver messages to guest rooms.
• Ensure the Foyer area, including entry/exit doors, remains clean and presentable at all times.
• To have a thorough knowledge of all facilities and operating hours in the hotel.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the hotel's outlets, current events and the local area.
• Able to book tours and sightseeing activities.
