You will be responsible for creating a refreshing & memorable experience for guests
Greeting guests upon arrival escorting them to the Soiree dining & or bar area
Overseeing floor staff
Management of team - motivating, mentoring & leading
Accommodating guest's requests politely and professionally
Ensuring timely venue set up and cleaning
Keeping track of reservations
Addressing customer queries & complaints
maintaining an approachable and presentable demeanour
You should be able to work at flexible timings & hold a positive approach
