For this position, the person in the role must be:

• Physically fit and is able to be active for at least 7 hours per day
• Minimum 6 Months of experience in a busy food and beverage environment
• Ability to provide tray service of drinks to the table
• Must be able to carry three plates comfortably and professionally
• Initiates contact and establishes rapport easily
• Handle tasks carefully and correctly – is thoughtful and exact in detail with a sense of urgency and accuracy
• Is observant with a perception of one's surroundings
• Displays a high level of positive energy in all interactions
• Demonstrates versatility in responding to guest requests and situations
• Is a team player that contributes to and assists co-workers without being asked
