CNC Brake press/Turret Operator – Oakleigh South, VIC

Well established company with cutting edge technology in the Sheetmetal industry is looking for an all-round CNC Brake Press/Turret Operator to join our growing team of 65 employees.

Ideal candidate will be able to 

• Read and follow drawings and job sheets and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Minimum knowledge of operation and setting Amada CNC Press Brake and CNC laser/turret COMBO Machine
• Minimum Knowledge in Selecting the Folding Punch and Die according to the sheet thickness and working with different Materials.
• Selecting and Setting Turret Punch and Die with optimal clearance according to the sheet thickness and setting up the tools in correct orientation
• Basic knowledge of operating Grinding machine to resharpening the turret tools
• Basic Turret/Brake press programming would be the more advantage but training will be given.
