slatevfx was founded in 2015 by Prue Fletcher, Bryn Farrelly, and David Booth who wanted to keep great projects in Australia and be able to attract and train local and international talent to keep the industry vibrant.
We welcome new and emerging talent who have a passion for the industry and a desire to learn and grow.
We work with local and international Directors, Producers and productions so the work is varied and challenging and you get to see your name in light.

We work in the visual industry, so please supply us with a CV which will provide some idea of what you have been doing for work and study, your academic transcript, a cover letter to tell us a bit more about you - and importantly an up to date reel to give us a sense of what you have created so far.
We understand you are starting out, but it helps us to get a flavour of what you have been doing.
Successful candidates will be contacted for an initial phone interview and then a face-to-face or Zoom interview.
Successful candidates need to have a desire to learn, a demonstrated passion for VFX and some examples of how they have applied what has been learned to projects - even in personal time.
Salary really is dependent on the level of experience. base + super + the ability to work on some really interesting projects.
