About The Role

You’ll join a buzzing coworking hub in Alexandria filled with a huge range of Australian start up businesses to be responsible for responding to all incoming leads and selling our spaces to keep the hubs at capacity. You’ll liaise with prospective members, providing them with a high-quality experience as they learn about the space, have a tour and opportunities we offer. You’ll also support the Community team with upselling existing memberships and events spaces.

Role location: This is an in-person role providing tours and meeting with customers daily on-site in Alexandria, Sydney.

In this role you will:

  • Maximise inbound potential: Be responsible for all incoming leads for our Workit Spaces Hubs, reaching out to all leads to answer queries, book tours and convert them to new customers.
  • Maintain CRM (customer relationship management software).
  • Frequently meet new clients face to face to pitch/close new business, building long-lasting relationships with customers to support them through their experience with us
  • Work co-operatively with the Community and Marketing teams to support clients and build incoming leads.
  • Work closely with finance to process and manage contractual queries and new clients.
  • Conduct building tours for prospective clients across two sites in Alexandria.
  • Strive to overachieve your KPIs and proactively develop solutions when required, stay up-to-date about the competitive landscape and market shifts
  • Sales administration assistance.

  • Ability to work under pressure and problem solve quickly and independently

  • Highly driven - Motivation and the ability to get sales across the line
