The best thing about our Company is that we are small and you are valued, you are not just a number in a big company. You will be exposed to a lot of different types of construction work. You will be involved with all aspects of residential construction.

We specialise in extensions, total renovations, bathroom/kitchens, decks etc.

The boys go to the pub on a Friday monthly and the Company has an annual Christmas party.

Recruitment Process

  • Upon applying for this role, we would expect a CV and cover letter.
  • The candidate would have to have a white card to work in Construction.
  • There would be an initial phone interview with Jenine Harris, Owner/Bookkeeper, which would go for about 5 -10 minutes.
  • This would be followed by an interview with Scott Harris, Director/Owner and Jenine Harris.
  • As this is an apprenticeship role, the main questions would be around personality fit, interests and worth ethic, as no prior experience is expected.

Remuneration & Career Growth

As this is a 4-year apprenticeship the award would be paid during this time.
The 1st year gross salary is paid at $14.67 per hour - $30,513.60 p/a
