This opportunity will be working in the Building and Construction Industry and the office is in Prestons! Parking available onsite.

Administration support for the HR function through the employment lifecycle from recruitment to termination including coordination of the recruitment, contract management, probation, training, performance management and termination processes.

  • Maintain and ensure the accurate recording of all HR and employee records, files, registers, databases, as well as HR systems.
  • General administrative duties such as filing, archiving and other duties as required.
  • Assist with HR reporting and analysis requirements.
  • Provide support for the rollout of any new HR-related initiatives, projects and employee well-being initiatives.
  • Coordination and support of employee events where appropriate.
  • Will be trained to assist in payroll input as a backup resource.
  • Providing administrative support of the tendering and Board function within the organisation including maintaining the tender register, lodgement of tenders, assisting in compiling tenders and collation of monthly Board reports.
