Key responsibilities include:

1. Translating kitchen designs from paper to assembly.
2. Able to collaborate or understand designs and design floors with factory staff and management team.
3. Maintain and organize a safe workplace aligned with our company's policies.
4. Be willing to go out and learn other areas of cabinet making, such as installing, delivering, and working as part of a team.
