Our staff hiring process involves submitting CVs for consideration, followed by in-person interviews with the founder and head chef, Saba. If the interview goes well, applicants will be asked to spend half a day working with us as a trial. We are looking for candidates who have a strong desire to learn about the uniqueness of our brand.
