We are currently looking for energetic and experienced Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team. Positions are available in Restaurant and Bars and In Room Dining.

Duties include
• Assisting all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations
• Ensuring accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
• Use of POS system
• Ensuring all service areas are immaculate
• Maintaining standards of hygiene and food handling
• Promoting safety and support WHS practices

About You
• Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
• Energized in a fast-paced environment
• Barista skills advantageous
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
