About the role

We have an opportunity for a part-time Business Support Officer on a contract to 30 June 2023 in our Metro North East Sydney region. The role is part-time (20 hours per week, over 3 days) will work across our St Leonards and Redfern offices (Monday and Thursday at St Leonards and Friday at Redfern). Days are non-negotiable, though start and finish times are flexible within business hours (9.00am to 5.00pm).

As a Business Support Officer, you will be critical in providing strong administrative support and customer service to help deliver an excellent customer experience. This extends across all areas within the Customers team including tenancy management, support coordination, housing pathways, income management, rent review, and community development activities. You will provide a range of administration support, data entry and assisting customers on reception.
